Code of Conduct
Charlotte adheres to the Professional Dog Walkers’ Guidelines as set out by the RSPCA. For training, Charlotte’s methods are in line with PACT’s code of conduct only using science-backed ethical and positive methods (i.e. no intimidation, coercion, force, nor any form of fear or pain-inducing methods).
Charlotte owns a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rogue, who she has trained as a deaf dog using their own doggy sign language! Since then, she has also added a big beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback to her family called Týr.
Charlotte has been around dogs since 2013 when she brought home her first puppy. She has been working with dogs professionally since 2016 when she started Kasaya and then training dogs from 2018 when she commenced her studies to become a PACT-KSA.
Charlotte particularly enjoys helping people with dogs who otherwise get impatient and can be easily frustrated, to learn to be calm. She can especially relate to this, having worked through such issues with her own Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
